Day 3 and added Country core #2!!
Week 2, Day 3, and feeling good Shana! Outside my comfort zone is finding time every day to get in a workout, but what is totally doable - 30 minutes! I am finding ways to get the time in. I feel so good. And, I'm so proud of myself that I'm eating better too. I have cut way down on sweets, and am surprisingly hanging in there. Journaling too - so far so good. Thank you Shana.

Today is the 3rd day of week 2 and iβve loved it. journaling starts the day off w God, daily targetted workouts make it easy, more water and protein, and stop grazing after din.
That was a great cardio workout!! Got it in after work but got it in. A few of you inspired me to do the Country Core also. Whew!!

I added upper body superset...the one with Roxanne push ups...I feel like I am getting stronger...only dropped 1x! Ended the workout with ab add on...LOVE IT!

Busy two days. Wednesday cardio was great. I donβt know how everyone is getting their workout but I use an iPad. It is a small screen. Yesterday I hooked the iPad up to a HDMI cable and converter and watched on the garage tv with a much larger screen and better sound. Made my workout much more enjoyable π. I have not done todayβs workout yet as I usually do the workouts around 4 in the afternoon. Hope itβs another good one. They all are!
Miracles do happen. Usually if I don't exercise in the morning I don't ever do it. BUT today, shana's voice said, do it, and I did! Serious booty today - nice. See you tmrw!
