What I LOVE most about this challenge is that I am learning consistency. Working out 5 days a week, drinking 64 oz water, mindful eating, and daily journaling. What is putting me outside my comfort zone? Well, I am focusing on strengthening my core so I work out with my core showing so I can see myself getting stronger. :)

I am really loving this challenge! I am getting myself outside my comfort zone by adding core to each workout. I am also not drinking wine during the week😳

Great leg workout today. Loved the music too. Doing my best to have some water when I feel hungry rather than reach for food right away. I can be an emotional eater so I’m learning to really listen to myself and figure out if I’m truly hungry or just eating for comfort.

Day 2 workout in the books! Journaling is out of my comfort zone but I am working on it. Food journaling really helps me stay accountable and the 64 oz goes so much better if I write that down too/ My post it is on the pantry door so it motivates me to not grab pantry carbs for snacks :)
