Half time in a game is a time to breathe, re-evaluate your game plan, get the yourself refocused, and reposition yourself mentally, emotionally, physically. This is the time to check in on your goals that you wrote down at the beginning of the challenge. Didn’t write any down? Do it now! We have three weeks left in the challenge. I added a new recipe to the recipe forum. I made it last night. Chicken and broccoli. The dipping sauce was delicious!
Never miss a monday. I watched your great week 4 motivation video! here are my responses: Successes: The more I exercise, the more I want to, after your leg class I ran with Claire. I am journaling, working our 5-6 days a week, eating healthy foods, and sleeping well. Opportunity for improvement: I am not drinking enough water nor writing down my food, evening grazing is better but sometimes the dang chips make me eat them.
