Hey love. So, I don't have time right now to workout in the morning. I already am up before 6 to get my day started with the 7, and snow white over here has to work and distance teach/get some to school. Anyway, I have been working out at night after Ryan gets home and dinner is done. Someone told me it's 'the worst' time to work out and you should be working out first thing in the am for your body to see change. Is there truth to this?
