Did Tues Arm workout today. For whatever reason the video cut out at about 22 min not sure if it was just on my end.
Arm workout started strong...but same thing happened for me...ended at 22 min....had to do it 2x...LOL!

I followed your lead today ladies and repeated the arms segment and added 10 minutes of stretching. Got to it late but still got it done!
Thank you for a GREAT cardio today! I think of these Wed cardios as my "age brilliantly" days bc it requires us to jump, do fancy footwork, and be agile. As I age I think I can't do that stuff but we CAN! I also loved the arm workout yesterday and just rewinded and did the bi and tris again.
Great cardio day...had to sign off LIVE a bit early due to a work call, but got to finish it up with the recorded version...LOVE those burpees!!!
Loved the booty core workout today...30 minutes flew by! I have added a core workout on everyday of this challenge and have realy noticed a difference! Hoping to see a Country Core 3 coming soon!!!
My booty was on fire today. Kristen you are awesome!! Hard to believe last day of 6 week challenge is tomorrow. It has been an amazing journey.
Wow! What a fun 6 weeks! So proud to say that I completed the challenge... did a HillFit workout (sometimes 2) 5 days a week for 6 weeks!
