Week 1 of our CORE 101 challenge. It is your month to be mindful and diligent about working your core. Be brave. Take a photo of your core today and let’s stick to the challenge and compare in 4 weeks. This week get in your add-on 10 minute core 3-4 times. Also, post up a note on your computer, steering wheel or bathroom mirror to remind yourself to pull in and engage your core during the day, even when you are not working out.
