It’s a new week! A new week to treat your body right and strengthen your core. We kicked it off this morning with a great cardio leg workout 🦵🔥!
There is a new core add-on up this week Country Core 3. It’s a bit more advanced so modify if needed. Do your BEST to get that core workout in 3-4 times this week! Also, drop down and do a 1minute plank every day. No only are we 👀 for that stronger core, we are trying to keep back pain away by balancing out our back muscles with stronger core muscles. Focus also on hydrating this week and engaging your core throughout your day! Hugs to you all! Go get it done! ⭐️
