I listened to your weekly message today and LOVED it! We all want our hard core work to show so I'm def doing all your recommendations regarding eating. Today's leg workout was great as was the new core! HillFit is seriously perfect.

It felt great to do the live workout and the week 4 core. That core workout is my favorite one! I love how Shana tells us which ab muscle is doing the work. I am going to keep doing this each day!
