Did it anyway. Today was the worst day anyone could imagine. One of our student athletes lost his life today in a motorcycle accident. Today was all crisis management. Praying for the family and the teammates.

Thanks for the invigorating workouts & inspirational messages. I have a few goals that you are helping me to achieve.
The workouts to rebuild my strength have been so valuable. Last Jan. I completed my 5th Spartan race, but since - lost motivation & direction.
This year I am going to complete 2021 miles walked/ran. I am also working to be able to do 5 unassisted pull-ups.
I feel stronger after the upper body & full body workouts over the last couple of weeks. I got a band to help & did 6.5 assisted pull-ups yesterday.
The nutrition & hydration info is SO important. I am down 4lbs. and look forward to making more of the recipes you shared.
Lastly- the journaling has been most helpful. I don't always know how to interpret what I'm feeling- but this exercise is giving me the "space & grace" I need for 2021. I missed a workout 1 day last week& that is ok ๐
Sorry this entry is so long, but you've been an inspiration for the last few years & I am grateful for this opportunity to work with you as well as the dynamic group of warriors- nourishing ourselves to better support those around us too.
