Hello Goal Crushers!
Starting week two of our crusher goals challenge. If you want to see change, you’re going to have to make changes. This weeks focus is on nutrition. You will find a general nutrition plan and A sample meal plan in your crush your goals PDF. I am big on 5 to 6 small balanced meals a day, each including protein, carbs and healthy fats. If you are looking to lean out or lose a couple pounds eat your healthy carbohydrates early in the day and minimize them later in the day. Eating small meals throughout your day will keep you energized and keep your metabolism fired up. Journaling your food is so important and will will keep you accountable. Look for a couple new recipes this week, new videos, a Crusher add on video and a lucky prize winner for participation and accountability. Let’s make it another great week. Let’s work out five days a week and refuel and rehydrate our bodies. You are strong, beautiful and on fire!🔥

Hi guys. I wish I could add a photo here but I can’t. 😩Thought I’d share todays meal # 1 with you.
Whole wheat low carb tortilla with one egg, 2 oz of turkey breast 1oz of almond cheese and a little Cholula 💃. Added 1/2 apple to my plate for some more good fiber and phytonutrients Protein =28 grams! 😉. Going to go eat and log it in my journal!

My dog was happy that we went on an extra long walk this morning, 45 minutes, and then I finished with the leg video. It's amazing how much better I feel with just drinking more water!

Just finished the upper body workout and I may have also done the Thursday booty core...LOL! I loved them both!
