Thighs and core done! Love around the world and twist knee lifts. Min. 28 I dropped to sit-ups with the punch-punch but finished sweaty and strong. Off to Pilates soon and my Monday will be set! Making the cashew cilantro 'pesto' tonight! See you tomorrow at 4:30!

Never miss a Monday, and what a great Monday it was ✅ . I have 20 out of 100 pushups ✅. Eating healthy ✅ not doing well with journaling 😩. But when your husband says “I don’t know what you are doing but whatever it is please keep it up” then I must be on the right track 😊. Thanks 🙏 Shana. You are always so up beat and get me going! 18 holes of golf Saturday, 2 mile walk Sunday and 18 holes of golf then 4 mile walk today with 30 minute stretch!!! LOVE that long stretch!!! So necessary! Making the turkey meatballs tonight!!! Will be back on workout tomorrow am!! Thanks Shana for all the motivation, recipes and great workouts!!!

Week 3 is going well. I'm mixing it up a bit due to the MLK holiday. I did the Booty and Core on Sunday, jog/walk yesterday and just finished the upper body workout. One question, what should my average BPM be on my iPhone watch? I'm using the watch for my accountability!
Great job Shanna! BPM will vary based on the activity and your body. When we are doing up beat moves and you can tell your heart rate is up it may be 160-170. Other times it may dip to 120-130. That is the nature of the HIITand what makes it so effective! ⭐️
Did the upper body workout and then jumped into the IG workout. I could not get the sound to work but did it anyway! Got in 35 push ups today bringing my weekly total to 55. 😊🔥

Oh my I missed the 100 challenge but I swear I got in at least 30 today. I ADORED the arm workout! I ended up doing it late and using lighter weights ( plus my band!) so I could complete it! This will be my new go-to workout as an extra!
