Our brains don’t like change or being uncomfortable. But, we are working in life habits. Pull out your goals that you wrote down at the beginning of the challenge and reset your intentions. Went to Pilates the AM and did this legs set late afternoon as the wind was howling! Great walks yesterday and did the make-up Thursday booty on rainy Saturday! Feeling excited for the coming rain and ability to get a fabulous work out in despite stormy weather! Will take a pic w/my CRUSH hat on (and make-up🤣) before work tomorrow!

Great "stacker" arm workout this AM...loved it! I am loving the Crusher add ons...perfect to do after one of your amazing workouts or in the afternoon when I am feeling tired!

Really busy long work day so my Tuesday will be Saturday as well and stretching and walking is all that happened today! Will see you all at 8AM tomorrow. Leftover salmon and pesto for dinner, had a mini-meatloaf for lunch! No weight loss but feel strong and things fit differently (I'd lost 17 lbs going in to this)! I'll take it!!! Thank you all for motivation, support and ideas to make it work!
