Todays LIVE workout was the best! I loved how you put so much cardio into it...kept my heart rate up and I burned more calories than I usually do on a lower body day!

Felt strong and energetic today. It was a busy day but I got everything done. Made cauliflower tacos for dinner. They were amazing. Great workout and good nutrition!

I ran the stairs this AM...was wanting an outdoor workout!

Got Monday AM Live in, hit the road for SLO Tu. for our girls 22nd birthday. That ended up a hike day. W. did upper body and today cardio from W - both super easy to do when on the road! Will make up booty on Sat. Seems to be my norm to do a Sat. and NOT one during the week! The belt notch is 2 holes tighter! I'm beyond happy!
