Loved the arm workout today! My shoulders are going to hurt tomorrow! I also did the cardio "crusher" add on...LOVED IT! That will definitely be my go to add on!
Felt strong today at work. We had a day of service on campus and had to load a pickup truck with small boxes. All of the lunges came in handy today lunging back and forth loading 😊 I am also thankful that I did not crush my skull doing skull crushers today 😅
