I have also developed mini daily challenges this week to keep you motivated. Here they are!
This weeks mini challenges:
Monday: 90 second plank challenge
Tuesday: 2nd workout challenge -get in a second video(maybe a short crusher?), walk, etc
Wednesday: Lemon water-add lemon to your water today to flush toxins out of the body
Thursday: No sugar day!
Friday: 50 squats (you choose , sumo, skier, weighted or body weight)

Missed working out Monday but did the plank.
Live workout on Tuesday and plank.
Wednesday did an upper body workout and plank. Also had my lemon 🍋 water.
