It is like you have a hidden camera and you are watching me. You always know what to say and the exact time that I need to hear it. I thought I would get through two of the three blocks today, but no, I did all THREE!!! I think I can skip something and then you say something and then I just keep going. You are amazing at what you do. Thank you so much for the opportunity to workout with you 😘

I didn’t post yesterday, I had a really bad day at work and I came home and did the upper body workout. I felt much better today and did the Summer Leg workout. I find truth in the fact that working out really does help your mind. My kids always say I am happier when I am working out. Three days in this week so far 😅🔥
