Didn’t want to work out today! All I kept hearing in my ear is “never miss a Monday workout”. I jumped on board and completed the fantastic leg HIIT workout! It was a good one. Added the 25 challenge push-ups! Thanks for the motivation.~

And here we go... Mindful in May!! I love your challenges, they get me moving, I had a hard time after the 6 week challenge staying focused, I think another challenge will be great. Got it all done today, the HIIT Legs and the 25 push ups. Never Miss a MONDAY!! Thanks Shana

Yes!! Got the core in as well as the workout :) I will not see you at 8 am but I will get it done in the afternoon.

Just wanted to say thank you to Shana and all of you inspiring HillFitters! Came back from my son's graduation with the flu Monday and Tuesday, but saw all of your amazing posts and was motivated to "see" all of you live Wednesday, and catch up on all of the workouts!! Thank you all so much and have a great weekend!
