This month we have a REC (Rear End Construction) challenge and we will be working on the booty! Why build strong glutes? These muscles have a huge impact on your overall body strength. They help strengthen your core, and help to support a range of compound movements and exercises. Strong glute muscles also help prevent and avoid muscle imbalances that can lead to mobility issues. Not only will I give you at least one good booty recommendation for your video workouts each week, but you have a Challenge Calendar to follow.
Every day there are glute exercises to do. The exercises will increase as well the reps, but it will only take you 5 minutes or less per day to complete. You can do these exercises as body weight exercises, or challenge your self and add dumbbells. Try to get it done every day if you want to earn a great booty by the end of the monthk! For those of you who complete the challenge and post once a week on social media and tag me, you will receive a new FIT CREW HillFit tank top.
