SEPTEMBER STRENGTH SQUAD CHALLENGE
The September Strength Squad Challenge is designed to give you an extra strength push in September and keep you motivated and strong. Each week there will be a separate body challenge to ADD to your daily workouts. There will also be a weekly wellness goal. This first week the daily challenge is a full body challenge to get you FIRED UP. Every day you will complete squats, burpees, and a plank. The rep count will increase as the week goes on. These three exercises are designed to be done without weights, but you can add them for an EXTRA-special challenge. The weekly wellness goal is to take the motivational message of the week and write it down, post it up, and celebrate it.
