Happy week 3. Today the zoom number wasn't in my saved meetings list so I couldn't join live BUT Hillfit is so great that I went to the recorded leg workout for today and got it done. While I was there I did an ab video. Thank you Shana for this challenge that improves our mind, body, and spirit. We are all.. all in! would you mind putting the zoom number in here so I can be live w ya wed?

Loving this Motivate to be Great challenge! After my run I was motivated to complete the arm workout and ab add on! Starting my day with a great HiiFit workout gives me the motivation to eat healthy and dring my water! Thank you Shana!!!!

Well I got my workout in yesterday, no excuses, but it was an extremely busy day. I may have done the cardio on Tuesday so I will do the upper body today. oops :) Loving these workouts because there is not excuse to do 30 minutes a day.
